On February 27, 2010, our annual live and silent auction will focus on the valuable services the Rape Crisis Center provides through an “Un Maskarade”. You can help remove the mask for victims of sexual assault and violence in our community through your generous support.

The message for everyone is to “unmask the violence…don’t live in silence” and to support the services of the Rape Crisis Center. These services include counseling for sexual assault victims (men, women, children) and their families, self defense classes, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) in emergency rooms, and prevention and education programs such as Good Touch Bad Touch and Bullying Prevention for all ages in our schools and community.

The 2010 live and silent auction includes entertainment by the Ben Tucker Jazz Trio, heavy hors d’oeuvres, one drink ticket and a chance for your business to be recognized through your generous contribution. Tickets to attend this worthy event are $75 per person and can be purchased online or by calling the RCC office at 233-3000. Tickets will also be available the night of the event.

This year’s fundraiser will be held at the Savannah International Convention Center (Hutchinson Island) on Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
